Designed for the casino/resort/hotel industry the program takes cognisance of its unique processes and the decades of knowledge within the industry and the different phases the industry went through especially in the new competitive environment.A 12 month program designed to inspire senior managers to run their departments as if they were running their own businesses by using the systems approach in a competitive environment. (Two to three days per month coaching and the rest of the program is managed in-house by managers and externally by ourselves.)

The product summary is also available as a once off two day program or a short inspirational module of 30 minutes, one or preferably two hours.
